We view the importance of this work not only from the perspective of having additional millions of tons of oil in the future, which also means additional tax payments, but also from the perspective of the fact that we often claim to be the biggest country in the world but we often question how well we are developed. No doubt, this is a strategic project, because it is expected to create infrastructure in the poorly developed region of the Russian Federation.
